• WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

We offer pre-order as a way to reserve a bag in advance of our upcoming product delivery, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than when you purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.

Please note, pre-order ship dates are estimates and may be subject to change.  Don’t worry -- if there’s any substantial change to the expected ship date on your order, we’ll be sure to let you know.

    

 

  • WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

Most pre-orders ship on or before the date listed on your order confirmation or the date listed in your latest order update.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we can provide a more detailed status update for your particular order.

 

 

  • HOW LONG UNTIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

Since shipment times vary depending on your location, every shipment is sent out with a tracking link that frequently updates the progress of the delivery. 

 

 

  • MY PACKAGE SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CANNOT FIND IT, WHAT CAN I DO?

In these instances, packages have either been delivered to a nearby address or will show up on the following day. If the package does not appear a day or two later, please reach out to us with your order number. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the postal carrier assumes responsibility to ensure that it is delivered timely and accurately. Metbags does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

 

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  1. Sign in to your account and move your mouse to your account name. Click " View Order ".

  2. Click "My Orders" and find the order you want to cancel. Click " Cancel ".

  3. A confirmation window will pop up, click " OK ".

  4. A success message will confirm that you have canceled the order successfully.

 

 

  • CAN I CHANGE ITEMS?

The purchased item cannot be replaced. You will need to return the product and purchase a new product.

    All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit.     • CAN I FIND SOLD OU PRODUCTS ON THE WAITING LIST?

    Normally, all products shown on the website are part of a one-time supply and so it is unlikely that we can get the same product in again. If there is something special you saw and can't find anymore, write us  and we'll try to see what we can do for you.
